Recently I took my 2018 Honda Civic to Capitol Honda in San Jose for servicing. Valerie Mendez was my Service Advisor and she did a great job of explaining the service I needed, how long it would take and San Jose for servicing. This review is strictly based on Rebecca Furlong in the service department. A little context first. I had to come in for a recall of a fuel pump for my car. I called to schedule an appointment and thought service department. A little context first. I had to come in for a recall of a fuel pump for my car. I called to schedule an appointment and thought I would be good to go. Upon arriving I was told they did not have the part and I would have to come back tomorrow, the frustrating part was that I took the day off work to make this appointment. This resulted in me losing money on my paycheck for no good reason. Rebecca explained to me what was going on and mentioned there was a shortage of fuel pumps. She promised she would reserve me one when they came in the next day, as she saw how frustrating I found the situation. She was true to her word and I brought my car in the next day to be fixed, she also ensured me she would expedite the process, which again, she was true to her word. Rebecca turned a very frustrating situation into a much better experience. If I was ever to return to the service department it would solely be because of Rebecca. More
