Visited Capitol Honda for an oil change. In the process of conversation with Angelina, mentioned that my care makes a noise when turning on slow speeds. She immediatelly changed the warranty information, found that warranty has been extended, identified what needs to be done, scheduled me in for the same day. I had my car back later that day, with steering wheel pump replaced. In the process, Angelina was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and, as an icing on the cake - provided free coupon for a car wash. This was overall a very pleasant experience. More

I highly recommend Capitol Honda, both for new sales and for service. We now have 3 Hondas, two Accords and a new CRV. This was my first experience with their sales personnel and they are every bit as helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our needs. We would definitely buy from them again and particularly appreciate all that Ryan did to get us a good price and help the final process go smoothly. More

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! More
Total disregard to customer service. I was interested in buying a Pilot 2011 and every time I had to call the dealership with no response from them, in spite of the sales guy saying we will call you right b buying a Pilot 2011 and every time I had to call the dealership with no response from them, in spite of the sales guy saying we will call you right back. And then hours later when I didn't get any response, the answer I got was we've been really busy here ??? If you're not busy catering to your new customers, what are you guys busy with ? Pushed me to come sign the papers, and told me that car won't be available till next day (didn't give even the time). Do they really expect any customer to sign a loan without even looking at the car ? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. You'll find much better shopping experience at dozens of dealerships around the bay area. I bought a brand new Honda Pilot 2011 there and boy did they rip me a new one. I would not, under no circumstance would I ever, buy or advice anyone to buy from them. I feel so angry and violated over the entire experience. I guess I really should not have gotten excited and bought the same day, but man, can they be so heartless. My sales person told me that the vehicle I wanted, was nowhere in California and it will take about 3 months to get one. Being set on that particular vehicle, I was talked into getting something far more expensive than I should have. Avoid Capitol Honda at all cost. More
Their service quality kept decreasing over the last 4 years. Told me to wait 1h, I waited 2.5h. Told me that replacing front brake pads will be ~30$, asked 309$ afterward. xxxx I wouldn't have changed years. Told me to wait 1h, I waited 2.5h. Asked them about ~6 times (no kidding - almost every time I went to them for servicing) to lubricate the xxxx clutch pedal, as it sometimes squeaks. They changed master cylinder (twice!), pedal, etc. The result: the squeak is still there. Apart from the pedal, their work quality was otherwise good. However, I don't like to be cheated the way I was today - being charged for something I didn't want. I'm done with these guys. Not recommended any more - you'd better find yourself a more serious place. More

They also pushing overpriced extra accessories including outrages installation charge (they install it without asking future customers on all new vehicles and add em to the total cost) to make a huge profit from something customer don’t even need or want right away. All sales stuff I’ve dealing with are liars with pitbull attitude. If you like to be ripped off and humiliated – this place is for you. More
I gave my 2007 Honda for service, they told me that it's better to repair front brake and that will cost $300; I refused for that. I let checked my car with other Honda dealer and they said, there is NO better to repair front brake and that will cost $300; I refused for that. I let checked my car with other Honda dealer and they said, there is NO PROBLEM AT ALL with my front brake. Afterall it's 2007 model. The quality of work is pathetic. More
