The service was prompt on arrival. The advisor did not try to sell me extra services, which I appreciate. I do question the installation of the fuel system cleaner. Service rep did not return phone calls, I had to call to see if car was done after 6 hours and it was. I was told 4 hours. The rep knew I was coming and was not there to explain things to me. Another rep very nicely took care of me. This was probably worst in 20 years. The lack of shuttle service is another disappointment. I will return as I’ve always trusted Capitol Honda and look at this as a fluke however I will decline the service rep who I dealt with. More
