I was planning on getting my wife a new car for the holidays. She wanted an Accord. I did my research and had advice from my brother who for 2 years was a car salesman in Arizona. I got a very competitive offer from a dealer outside the bay area. I printed this out. My mother has purchased form Capitol Honda and had good experiences so I thought I would go by and see if they could match the offer and what deals I could get. I was paired with Ray Endeman. I spotted exactly what I was after an Accord EX Grey Metallic. We went for a test drive. During the drive I spoke about my offer sheet and that I wanted to see what they could offer for finance and lease. I also referred to the current deal Honda was offering. Make sure to always check daily at honda.com for what the current deal is. They were not aware of the current deal. I got the price I wanted and the lease terms I wanted. I arrived at 2:30 PM and drove my wife's car off the lot at 5:20 PM. To be honest was pretty painless experience. Ray was a quality salesman. Not the stereotype that some expect. My experience was great. He was direct and honest. He had made a mistake on one small thing and he owned up to it and took care of it. I would highly recommend Ray and Honda. Just do research and be prepared. It helped greatly and I got lucky with a great salesman and his manager too who he had to get approval from. I will definitely go to capitol honda for my next car. Went and got a good deal on an Si. They werent pushy and were really patient. Ray, who showed me some cars even ran around the dealership looking for different colors of the car when their system was down. were really patient. Stay away! There were a number of things that made the Stay away! There were a number of things that made the experience a bad experience but it mainly came down to the sales person. We arrived at the dealership around 7:30 knowing that we had plenty of time to test drive and perhaps see other cars along the expressway. We expressed that we were shopping for a car and saw a couple that were of interest. We requested a test drive and he insisted that we sit down and take a look at the car faxes before going for a test drive. We agreed and went over the car faxes with Ray. We all agreed that the car faxes looked good and requested the test drive again. For some reason, Ray was very reluctant and not eager to take us out for a test drive. He openly asked us if he took us out for a test drive and everything was fine, if we would purchase the car that night. We told Ray that we had some other stops along the way before making a decision and he insisted that we look at the other cars before test driving these cars. After some uneasy discussions, we were able to get Ray to agree to take us out. Ray was quick to take the passenger seat while I got into the driver’s seat, leaving my boyfriend in the back not being able to check any of the options (A/C, radio, etc.). He also took a personal phone call during the drive which we found to be very unprofessional and rude. I can't say that the dealership itself is bad but if they have this guy as one of the faces of their dealership I can only assume the worst. Therefore, I don't recommend this dealership or this loser to anyone. I also question the integrity of all his other reviews. While they are all from different people, how can 100% of all of the reviews rate 5 in every category. Even price...c'mon. xx More

There's clearly a need to hire more finance people since it took 3 hours for me to pay cash for my car. Tom Loi has changed my mind about shopping for car at the dealer. I have never experienced buying car with so much pleasant and relaxation instead of stress and pressure. Tom Loi is an excellent sale person. He spent time to explain and aneswere a lot of my questions and he made sure I had heart and understand what we spoke. Rude behavior from the the team. Unprofessional. Price is way higher from other Hondas. I came to trade in and buy a new car.
