Tom Loi and Honda are great!!! We got financed through our Credit Union and we went to talk to Tom Loi to buy my sister's new Honda. We traded in her Sonata. Tom is not your classic pushy sales man, Tom is extremely professional and helpful. He also gave us a great deal for a trade in and at that point, we were sold. Worst Customer Service I have to take my new car for oil change, the service advisor Rene Flores was very rude and disrespectful. He tried to overcharge me and deleted some I have to take my new car for oil change, the service advisor Rene Flores was very rude and disrespectful. He tried to overcharge me and deleted some paid oil changes from computer. I will not go again to this Service Department for my service needs. He deserves minus one star over all. More

World class team I already told my neighbor to ask for Jake My experience with Jake Haslemann was just great! He's a young wonderful gentleman that's very thoughtful and will take lots of his personal time to w My experience with Jake Haslemann was just great! He's a young wonderful gentleman that's very thoughtful and will take lots of his personal time to work with your problems. His team was the first team in the Bay Area to find the root cause of my 2018 Odyssey's HDMI port problem. He spent lots of time in finding the way to fix it. I first took my Odyssey to South Bay Honda because I live just a mile away from there, but when I return after their promised time, my van was still parking at the same place, and took another 2 hours to get the adviser work with me to look into the problem without anything fixed..... Then after communicating with American Honda, I chose to go to Capitol and I was so lucky that Jake walked up to my van and we met there! Jake actually tested my vehicle with his own laptop, PS4, and when I come back to Capitol, he explained the ways hoe he tested my vehicle, and he ordered parts to be overnighted from American Honda CA HQ. He did all these when I left my vehicle there, and had a detailed report when I picked that up. The whole process to get my vehicle fixed took more than two months, and I had to leave my vehicle there for about 3 weeks because they had to work with the engineers with Honda HQ and on site. I have to state that this took a long time to fix just because it's the QA problem of American Honda and Ocean Honda the dealership sold me this vehicle, and Jake and his team in Capitol Honda just helped me to get my vehicle fixed! However, don't forget to buy your D82 Honda Care! =) Jake Haslemann I want to thank you very much for all your hard works! Again, thank you very much and wish you have wonderful holidays! More
