Unfortunately, Celine Galvez has made me question why she even can be in the position of assistant manager while her comments and the service given are far from acceptable. She said to me that since my car is not getting regular maintenance, therefore she finds mold everywhere. Her comment has no basis at all! I always service my car at Capitol Honda and no one ever told me that my car full of mold, except her! There definitely a record that maintenance has been done by Capitol Honda last year in 2018. When she said my battery needed to change, I ask what happened if I delay, is the car will stop running? Her answer is "I don't know, maybe!" If she cannot give a good explanation and the answer is "I don't know, maybe" then why she is a service advisor? In the end, she still shamefully asking me to give her a five-star rating, otherwise, she said to me, just delete the email! As a regular customer, I am very disappointed! More

Excellent July 4 my husband and I went to Capital Honda just to inquire about the Honda Accord.
