I booked an appointment on the Capitol Honda website. It was easy to use. My service advisor was Jake and he was able to quickly look up my service in the system. He explained my service details and time re was easy to use. My service advisor was Jake and he was able to quickly look up my service in the system. He explained my service details and time required to finish it. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I got a text stating the car is ready for pick up , as scheduled. I picked it up hassle free. Appreciate the service folks taking precautions like wearing mask, sanitizing the car seats and covering the steering wheels with plastic sheets to avoid direct physical contact. Will surely be back for next car service. More
