Went to possibly reserve a Civic Si and was expecting SOME ADM, but good God! They don't even show prices on their website at all. They are now on our Do Not Call/Visit list. I cannot recommend them in any way whatsoever. More
I was looking at a used vehicle that was priced above the market value. I would have purchased if I could have gotten it somewhere in the market price. Then I was told they have a sale going on. When I got there and sat down to discuss the price one of the sales managers said they would not lower the price they had been offering for the last couple of weeks. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they wasted my time. More
Not Happy with Online Advertising or sales. I live out of the area but monitor Sacramento area offerings daily and found this car within minutes of the posting. I called and requested pictures and information to buy but all I received was the run around with no ability to buy until it was inspected (understandably) and or offered to your reps personal list of “People waiting for a Sequoia”. I monitored the CarMax listing for pictures that never came, then reached out to Natividad Garcia repeatedly, only to find “The car was made available for sale and sold yesterday”. So, the car was sold without notifying me until after the fact. If a car is listed and I call within minutes, wouldn't you expect it was available and you could buy it? I reached out to Jon Hagen, the manager requesting reply, days later the silence is defining. Waisted my time and not very trust worthy in my opinion. What say you? More
⭐️I see online only car so when I go the dealer the price I saw at the dealer was the same price as the online price when I go home I texted the sale ladies I offer the price she add extra $3000 more for th I saw at the dealer was the same price as the online price when I go home I texted the sale ladies I offer the price she add extra $3000 more for the packages to the listing price but the package already including in the price for the listing the listing price already have the package that she said in there she also told me if I come there today to buy the car that package is free she also said the price online and dealer is not a real price but both prices are the same online and dealer I made the offer if ok I come to buy it if not that’s fine we will look for a different car I don’t want to waste her time and my time then she said the car market has changed. No more negotiating. We live in USA it’s freedom you can offer if not that fine we can go somewhere this Honda capitol sale lady have bad customer service. We buy the car the car is not for free. More
I give capitol Honda 2 stars because like 4 months ago I took my car for them to help me out because the computer from my crv is not working and is glitching. They been saying that they don’t have parts for took my car for them to help me out because the computer from my crv is not working and is glitching. My service advisor with Jin Sik Kim has been the worst at Capitol Honda at Expressway Auto Mall! I came in for an oil at this location on 10/10/21 and was very disappointed at the service I have received. F Capitol Honda at Expressway Auto Mall! I came in for an oil at this location on 10/10/21 and was very disappointed at the service I have received. First, I asked him if the %15 Sunday morning special was apply to my oil service when i made the appointment online. i booked my appointment online "Sunday morning special" with 15% off on your services from 8am-12pm which i have done in the past. I have no problem with this from past adivsors at this location. They were very informative and provide excellent services. With Jin he never bothered to look into this or help with the discount but just said "you need a coupon". I waited for almost 2 hours then i stopped by his desk, saw my key on his desk and asked is the service is complete? He responded "ohh, should be done in 5 to 10 mins and i'll give you a call. So i assumed he need to finish up some paper work. Past 10 mins and still have not heard back from him. I went back and asked. He said "i left the key with at the cashier". Where is my call back to let me know???? Great service and communication. Never offer a call back and go over the service of my car. What's good of an advisor are you? More
My service advisor was john Osborne. He was very informative and explained my braking problem to minimize wear on my Honda odyssey. My husband is handicapped and I was afraid to drive back to pick u informative and explained my braking problem to minimize wear on my Honda odyssey. My husband is handicapped and I was afraid to drive back to pick up car. We had no one to help be 2nd driver. Mr. Osborne came to my house and drove me back to service center. I was very releaved to be back home in 25 minutes to my husband. Thank you so very much. More
