I booked the appointment for a 15K service online. I specified that I wanted that service. When I got there, I specifically asked for the 15K service. I was given a sheet with a ton of useless add ons I specified that I wanted that service. When I got there, I specifically asked for the 15K service. I was given a sheet with a ton of useless add ons and was told that they are all part of the 15K service. I come to find out later that they added $1K worth of non-sense to my bill. I am not happy with the service desk at Capitol GMC. More

Overall the dealerhip is good. Only issue I have is that someone named Johnny Epperson emailed me relative to how satisfied I was with the service. Poor communication from service department. Brought my car in on a Friday for service. Received no communication on status all day. Had to call them to find out they couldn’t get to my car that Brought my car in on a Friday for service. Received no communication on status all day. Had to call them to find out they couldn’t get to my car that they and had to keep it over the weekend, which was not communicated as a possibility to me when I dropped off. Left car there over the weekend. Did not get an update on Monday. Had to call again to get an update. Found out there was nothing wrong with my car they could find. Still got charge for the inspection. More
