Called for an appointment, told service department what needed checking and the recall number, etc. Had two other issues that needed to be looked at. Told them if I had to leave it I would need a rental needed checking and the recall number, etc. Had two other issues that needed to be looked at. Told them if I had to leave it I would need a rental car, which I booked for two days, which is when they told me I could pick it up. Two days after dropping off, went back to dealership. They had not even looked at it nor had they handled the recall on the vehicle. Beyond mad and out two days of rental, I asked why hadn't they at least called me and let me know what was going on and allowed me to make the decision about keeping the rental until completed. The reply was, "We are not sure with more time that we could have gotten to it anyway." Why did they allow me to make an appointment and rent a car, etc.? Worst customer service, worst dealership experience. worst overall experience with any dealership or mechanic. More
Visited Capitol Ford in Santa Fe for a routine service and was deeply disappointed. Despite an appointment, the service took all day, far beyond the promised time frame. Worse, there was zero communicatio and was deeply disappointed. Despite an appointment, the service took all day, far beyond the promised time frame. Worse, there was zero communication from the staff; no updates, no callbacks, nothing. This lack of transparency and efficiency is not what I expected from a Ford dealership. Future customers, insist on clear communication upfront. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in their service quality. More

Jonah was very nice and understanding about me travelling and needed fast service. However, the mechanic that did the diagnostics said I needed two parts which would cost me $6000 with labour. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure I knew what other maintenance was recommended and why, without any pressure to make the decision to move forward. He and his team were dedicated to completing all of the work in a timely fashion, even when it went well beyond the simple fix we'd scheduled to have done. Their focus was to make sure our vehicle was safe and running in optimal condition. Estevan made sure to communicate updates on progress in a timely fashion, answered any and all questions, and made sure the wait was comfortable. The whole experience was well worth the drive to Santa Fe from Albuquerque, proving once again that this is the best dealership in the state. The vehicle was purchased here, and thanks to the amazing team, I will continue to have service performed here. More

They were swamped but he somehow get my Lincoln Mark LT in and found the issue, alternator was going out, had it replaced and we are back on the road in less the 2 1/2 hours. They recommend us go to another place and they wanted way too much just to put the reader on to diagnose the problem. More
Car has reoccurring issues, Service manager shows no concern I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service departm I have had a terrible experience here! I bought a new Ford Fusion SE and with less than 25k miles I had to take my car in twice to the service department to get it fixed, the first time they changed a spark plug and sent me home, same day light came on, they replaced the top half of my engine at that time. Now 3 months later the check engine light came on again. I made a third trip to Santa Fe to service my car waiting over an hour and they said they fixed the issue. I started my car this morning for work and it bogged out on me! This will be my fourth trip to try and get a good, working, reliable, vehicle! I am a single mom with a three year old little girl and I work two jobs. I bought a brand new car! My car now has less than 35k miles and I’m having continuous issues. Although the people are very nice, I have not been offered a reasonable solution. I do not feel valued as a customer and the service manger was happy to explain to me that he deals with things like this everyday, and he hears about these kinds off issues all day, not showing concern for my individual issue or concern for my family’s safety. He did say that I could take my car to the Albuquerque Ford. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time! My daughter and I need a good reliable vehicle, that’s what we hoped we were getting, sadly this is not the case! More
