I was the first one there in morning of my appointment check in fine was told they would call me when it was done. No one called so I called late in afternoon and was told it was not done it would be the check in fine was told they would call me when it was done. No one called so I called late in afternoon and was told it was not done it would be the next day. So, I had to find a ride home to Los Alamos and then a ride back the next day. Called and told them I was in town first thing that morning. waited tell late afternoon. I called and was told it was done and ready to be pick up. The service tech that checked me in was not there when I pick it up so they couldn't tell me what was done to fix the issue. More
