Took my truck in for recalls and other minor issues. I was told that there were no loaner cars available so I made the decision to get a rental for the week while my truck was in the shop expecting to b I was told that there were no loaner cars available so I made the decision to get a rental for the week while my truck was in the shop expecting to be without my truck for several days. I was pleased with daily updates from my service advisor. And, on the third morning I was contacted by Adrian to let me know my truck was ready for pick up. Overall I am very pleased with the service department, all recalls and issues were addressed and repaired with one minor exception. Overall a good experience, I will be returning if I need my truck serviced again. More

I visited Capitol Ford just to look at the new 2024 F-150s. I had one that I wanted to look at and Jaime Morales greeted me and brought it for me to look over and test drive. Jaime was very knowledgeab F-150s. I had one that I wanted to look at and Jaime Morales greeted me and brought it for me to look over and test drive. Jaime was very knowledgeable with all the new features of the 2024 F-150 which made it easy for me to compare to my 2015 F-150. Jaime was great throughout the negotiation process and never pushed the sale like most car salesman. Greg Baca came out and give me what I wanted for my trade in and a smoking deal on the new truck that I could not pass up. I highly recommend Capitol Ford as they were much easier to work with then some of the Ford Dealers in Albuquerque. I will definitely reach out to Capitol Ford when it’s time to look at a new Ford vehicle in the future. More
