Jared was the best Bought a 3 year old Fusion Titanium, a couple of little issues nothing major. Water spots on the paint, and a missing door handle piece. Jared took care of every item, got us a new rental while our car was being worked on. Answered my phone call 6 of 7 times with "Hi James" so he knew it was me checking on the car or whatever reason, still answered to help me. Very reassuring salesperson and an asset to Capitol Honda. Don't know how other salespersons there are, but I'll ask for Jared for any purchase I make there. A very honest straight-shooter who gets the job done!! Honda Multi-Point Inspection was performed last two times our Odyssey was serviced at Capitol City Honda. However, upon arriving home & filing the paperwork, I noticed that tire tread measurements increased from 5/32 the previous service to 6/32 this service. That's confusing as I did not replace tires between services. It seems to me that one of the measurements must have been in error. More importantly, neither of the last two Multi-Point Inspections included the brakes, which I would think is one of the most important safety items to check. More
