I arrived at the Honda (new car) dealership Sunday morning just after 10am I entered the showroom I appreciate the opportunity to leave this review. I arrived at the Honda (new car) dealership Sunday morning just after 10am I entered the showroom through the door next to the service center. There were a few salesmen in there, and I walked straight though the showroom without anyone saying a word to me. I was outside for about 5 minutes looking at new CRVs. No one came out. I walked around the front of the building, got in my car and drove to the Used Car lot next door. Before I stopped my car, Michael had already made eye contact with me. Before I even got to the showroom door, Michael had already stood up and made it half way to the door. In some instances this would totally suck, because lots of sales people are pushy and annoying. I was extremely impressed with Michael's attitude to help. We drove a couple of CRVs, and while I was driving and complaining about the high price of the new CRVs, he brilliantly told me I should check out the HR-V. I was between a CRV and a Crosstrek, and he said the HR-V was the same size as the Crosstrek. I drove a couple of them, and bought one. I love it. Michael is a great asset to your business....and I don't know how sales people get promotions at car dealerships, but he should get all of them. Thanks for everything, Mark Walsh More
