Before charging me for what looked like a dead battery, the service dept. checked to see if there was still some warranty left on the old battery and that they would be willing to check the condition of th the service dept. checked to see if there was still some warranty left on the old battery and that they would be willing to check the condition of the battery through a 2-4 hour diagnosis. I have had this battery for fve years so I knew it was dead but Capitol City Honda, rather than just selling me a new battery, was willing to do the due diligence to perhaps save me some money. Honest folks...I was impressed! More
