In our case, Jeff Cereghino was the professional who made our car buying experience the absolute best! His calm demeanor, that comes with years of professional experience, was just what we needed. When we were ready to buy our CRV, he knew exactly what we wanted/needed and facilitated that. The "negotiation" part was absolutely painless. Jeff told us the best price he could offer, immediately...not a back and forth between us and the dealership manager/finance manager that went on for hours. In fact, when we knew we were going to buy, we got to Capitol City Honda at 10:30 am, and we were done by 12:30 pm. Amazing!!! To sum up our experience, we felt cared for, not sold to.
