After reviewing lots of other car choices, we settled on a 2018 CRV Touring model as our preference. Returning to Capitol City Honda (CCH) after all this time was like returning home. The staff was welcoming and professional, even before we stepped foot inside the showroom. CCH's Marqus Jones matched us with Sales Professional JD Beiere. JD guided us through the purchase process, which frankly can be stressful, with transparency and efficiency. We appreciated that JD shared our own goal of making the best decision on the right car for us. Other CCH staff in both the documentation and parts departments matched the sales office's professional standards. We left Capitol City Honda impressed with its staff, follow-up support services, and most importantly, with our beautiful new CRV! More

First oil change free! We purchased our Accord in July 2017, and at the time of purchase we were promised our first oil change was free. Normally we wouldn’t take advantage of this offer ( my husband usually handles these things) but we were going to be in the area and the oil reminder was on so we figured , why not? We made an appt but we arrived over an hour early and Chanh was very accomodating and was able to get us in right away . Not only did we get the oil change and inspection , but there was a recall that was fixed and the car was washed and vacuumed! All while we drank complimentary coffee and shared a donut . Such a pleasant experience . More
