Customer Service Oriented From the moment I pulled in the service was exceptional. There were over 8-10 people on their desks waiting for customers. They called me by my last name as if they knew me or that I was always there. Probably pulled up the tags the moment I pulled into the center (??). Anyways, they directed me to their waiting area that had ample space for their customers. It had a sufficient coffee bar, TV and internet. And about 20-30 mins later they came letting me know that the car is ready. Explained to me the diagnostics, that they rotated the tires, vacuumed inside and gave it a car wash---all for free!!!. As a long time Ford Owner, this type of customer service is new to me. I was extremely pleased. Thank you Capitol City Honda. Keep it up , you guys are wonderful!!! More

Brian and Don in the used car dept. are genuinely fine people to deal with and even took care of a minor problem that wasn't noticed until later. I wanted to buy a used Honda product, so that I would be able to continue using this dealership for service. The service dept. has competitive pricing and great technicians. I can't imagine a better dealership, and I've been to many in my 71 years. More

Wheel bearing repair A whistling sound was driving me crazy so I went to Capitol city Honda and asked if a technician could take a road drive with me. I only had to wait a few minutes and the technician and I headed out and within a few blocks he determined that I had a wheel bearing going out on my right passenger wheel. In as much as I was leaving on a long trip for two days I asked if there was any possibility of getting the work done the next day and they accommodated me, completed the job and the whistle is gone and I’m happy.
