Update; Not the Place to Go UPDATE!! The lies get thicker. I was just quite frankly harassed by Jeff Lohr one of the sales associates at capitol city Honda. He said they were g UPDATE!! The lies get thicker. I was just quite frankly harassed by Jeff Lohr one of the sales associates at capitol city Honda. He said they were going to unravel the deal because they were unable to get a release from my trade in, and because they were unable to get paid from my loan for the new vehicle. WRONG. I called the lender from my trade in, they released all interest and the only reason capital city Honda had not gotten their paperwork is because they just paid the loan off yesterday (5/13/2019) and paperwork isn't generated until everything is processed. Talk about inpatient. Also, I contacted my lender for the new vehicle. Come to find out my loan was funded and Capitol City Honda was paid in full on 5/10/2019. So 4 days later he calls me to tell me he is going to unravel the deal because he "doesn't have the money" that he got 4 days ago? What a liar. To lay everything out on the table our trade in is titled in MT and there is a form we needed to sign to be sure the title got to the dealer. That is in the process and will be done within 72 hours. More
