Great Service Brought our Honda CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. We were met with friendly and informative service personnel. The lady at the Service counter presented our bill, gave us a wash coupon and we were given a discount by the dealership for the work done. It's all good. Primarily just an oil change but had an alert showing, Tire Pressure, but knew tires were filled as prescribed. Great Oil Change Experience I came in without an appointment and was sent to the used car area, where I was taken in immediately. The pleasant waiting room had fresh-brewed coffe I came in without an appointment and was sent to the used car area, where I was taken in immediately. The pleasant waiting room had fresh-brewed coffee and comfortable chairs and tables for waiting and reading, or most anything else (including TV). When my car was finished, the woman who made the coffee offered to help me transfer my coat, books, etc. to my car because she saw that I use a cane for walking. That was very kind of her.
