Bait and switch Experienced a bait and switch with this dealership. Listed online a 2018 CR-V certified pre owned. We made offer and after waiting over 15 minutes to Experienced a bait and switch with this dealership. Listed online a 2018 CR-V certified pre owned. We made offer and after waiting over 15 minutes to see if offer was accepted we left. We received a call from salesman that he took awhile because they had discovered that even though car was 2018 with less than 26k miles it was not eligible for certified program. The next day the car was still listed online as certified. Called the sales manager (who was very helpful) and was told it couldn’t be certified because rodents had chewed thru wires. Later that day the car was still listed online without the certified claim FOR THE SAME PRICE as when it was certified. I was also told by the salesman that the car had been on the lot for 40 days and they just figured out that wires had been chewed by rodents? More
