My car is an old 1993 Honda Accord and needed an oil change, and the air conditioning wasn't putting out cool air anymore. My service adviser, Gus Bayle, had one of the "old timers", Rory Clevenger, wo change, and the air conditioning wasn't putting out cool air anymore. My service adviser, Gus Bayle, had one of the "old timers", Rory Clevenger, work on my car, and what a great job he did! Not only did he find that the valve was leaking (they had to order a replacement part) but in addition, he discovered that my evaporator was completely dirty and clogged. As a result, almost no air was coming out of my vents any longer (I knew it was bad but didn't realize how bad). Rory spent extra time - he cleaned out the evaporator, replaced the faulty valve, and added freon. My air conditioner now works GREAT and the air that blows from the vents is very strong. In addition, Rory was able to lube my old manual door locks (push button) and manual hand crank window handles - both the door locks and window cranks on all 4 doors were so stiff that I could barely lock/unlock the doors or raise/lower the windows anymore (not kidding - it was really bad). Rory got everything working again almost like new. I am beyond pleased! And to top it off, I was given a 10% off coupon, a free car wash, and they vacuumed my interior rugs. I am just so happy with this service visit. Thank you, Gus and Rory. You were both great to work with - I really appreciate everything you did to take great care of my car!
