I am not really sure why they call it "internet sales" because they sure make it hard to buy remotely. I had been corresponding over the course of several weeks about an incoming car and they sold it out because they sure make it hard to buy remotely. The delay was apparently due to the fact that this department was not empowered to so any negotiating on price or added packages so had to wait for every alteration to go through some arbitrary layer of complication. This repeated multiple times. Great- you just wasted many hours of my life with this pointless back and forth. More

I arrived at my appointment time and was sent down the road for my oil change. I was greeted by Heather, who was friendly and explained the process and where I could wait comfortably. I was taken to the office and paid for my service and was given a card for a car wash and my paperwork. I actually think this was the most pleasant service appointment I've ever had!
