I never felt rushed or pressured. The first day I stopped by the dealership, I just wanted to test drive and get a feel for an SUV. Unexpectedly, I found my "dream car" and wasn't sure I was ready for a major purchase at that very moment. I really felt like I needed to go home and sleep on it. All the while, Alan remained easily accesible. He continued to answer my questions over the phone and even came in early to meet me the day I was ready. I was pretty anxious and wanted to make sure I understood all the foreign language of the car buying business. Alan and Mark were both very patient and explained everything in terms I could understand. Alan had the car ready and waiting when I got there, all shiny and gassed up. While Mark was going over paperwork with me, Alan moved my license plate over to my new car and even put my new key on my lanyard! I had been looking at used cars for awhile. I finally decided to come in and check on a used Fusion that was in the lot.
