Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I weren't planning on buying a car. We were discussing the need for a car that got better mileage. She noticed the Jaguar on cars.com so we decided to "take a look". After meeting Brian, who was a very nice guy, we took the car for a drive. It was a very nice car! Upon getting back, we told Brian we wanted to think about overnight. He didn't pressure us at all. We came back the next morning and agreed on a price within 5 minutes, again with no pressure! We arranged for our own financing thru my bank. When we returned with the check, the car was already detailed and ready to go. Mark had all of the paperwork ready and we were in and out of his office in 5 minutes. All together we spent 30 minutes in the dealership buying this car. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with our decision. This place treats their customers with respect and I believe they truly care about them. More

They inspected it even before the shop opened, gave me an esti I took my Ford Mustang GT in to Inskeep Ford when my car was rear-ended in April 2014. They inspected it even before the shop opened, gave me an estimate immediately, then took photos and submitted all to the other driver's insurance adjuster. Within a week, I had the car in the shop and the check in my hand. It was finished when they told me it would be and they cleaned it up after they repaired it. It looks great. They also gave some free advice/suggestions on a couple other problems I've been concerned with on my car. Overall, they were friendly, concerned with efficiency and quality, and easy to work with both in getting the estimate and in scheduling the repair. I would recommend them highly. More
