Tim Lee greeted us and was very professional throughout the process. He even asked who we had worked with back in '07. It wasn't until he learned our salesperson (Jeremy Pike) was now working in service, that he took us out to the lot. Very professional! We told Tim we were interested in the Escape and the colors we were interested in. Tim didn't spend a second showing us a color combination or a more expensive model that we had no interest in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable of all the options on the Escape and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Financing with Mark was a breeze. We were shown different bank options and the cost of each without any pressure. It was a great buying experience and we plan to return to replace our '07 Ford 500 in a couple of years. More

Actually I showed up after visiting another dealer with a bad taste in my mouth and had no intentions of buying anything when I showed up at Inskeep. However, after talking with Alan for a few minutes I decided to go for a test drive and was hooked. The no pressure atmosphere kept me at ease and I was able to calmly think the deal over, he even allowed me the night to think it over and when I came in the next day, the paperwork was ready to go and took very little time to fill out. Great! I went into Inskeep thinking I wanted a Ford Fusion and wasn't completely sold but my salesman, Alan King, ended up getting me to test drive a 2015 Fo I went into Inskeep thinking I wanted a Ford Fusion and wasn't completely sold but my salesman, Alan King, ended up getting me to test drive a 2015 Ford Escape and I fell in love with it!! I am so happy he had me test drive it because I wasn't even thinking about getting an Escape. He was friendly and showed me all of the features of the Escape and was a huge help in getting me to take that car home! He wasn't pushy and he was willing to work with me in any way possible. I am incredibly happy with all of their staff. They all are friendly and polite, especially being a woman, I find that a lot of times when I go to the dealerships I never get much help or the salesman are rude to me, but not at Inskeep. That was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Inskeep and their crew to anyone. I also have to say that my mom bought an Edge from Alan a couple years ago and my boyfriend bought a F-150 from Alan and they both were happy with Inskeep as well. More
