Customer focused service! I was having a problem with the ABS warning light coming on inadvertently in my Lincoln MKX. After many attempts to fix the problem at other dealers I was having a problem with the ABS warning light coming on inadvertently in my Lincoln MKX. After many attempts to fix the problem at other dealerships, I was finally told to go to the nearest Ford dealer while the warning light was on. As I was driving to Greenfield today the warning light came on. I drove in to the Inskeeper service department without an appointment. Jeremy Pike, the service manager was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, assessed the problem, worked quickly to come up with a solution that was considerate of other people's appointments while helping me get the service needed. My vehicle is fixed because the service department was willing to "go the extra mile" to help me. If you are looking for friendly, customer focused service, this is the place for you. I certainly will be going back there! More

SUV Purchase Inskeep was the first of 5 local Indy Ford dealerships we visited on our search for a new Explorer and we ended up coming back. Not a big fan of car dealers in general, but they are the new exception for us. Tim Lee took very good care of us all the way through the process. Upon final inspection of the vehicle before leaving we noticed a couple minor imperfections in the paint that could look better. Most salesman would have probably have sent us on our way saying it was no big deal, but he took us instantly back to their bodyshop and got us on schedule to have it fixed. As long as they take care of it, as I expect the will, this experience couldn't have been any better. More

Auto Purchase I had talked to Alan King a couple of times while having my old car serviced. He did not pressure me at all. I decided it was time to get a new car I had talked to Alan King a couple of times while having my old car serviced. He did not pressure me at all. I decided it was time to get a new car so I called Allen. My old car broke down and I had to act fast. I called Allen on a Saturday and had a car approved in 1 hour. I picked up the car the following Monday (2 days later). I live about 30 miles away from Inskeep Ford but it is well worth the drive. More
