Ordering a new car on Ford A-Plan Tim Lee, my salesman, greeted me and my wife one Saturday morning and immediately helped us with our order. I was worried that since it was an A-Plan Tim Lee, my salesman, greeted me and my wife one Saturday morning and immediately helped us with our order. I was worried that since it was an A-Plan order that the service I would get would be that reserved for "discount customers." Tim, made the experience very easy to place the order and made it a very enjoyable experience. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. Tim stayed in contact with me via phone and email to keep me apprised of the order. Low and behold, the car arrived much earlier than expected and Tim called to get the paper work going. I arrived earlier than expected, just too excited to pickup the new car I guess, and Tim was ready to take care of me. Tim spent as much time as I needed to train me on syncing my phone to the car and customizing seating and mirror placement. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone looking for a new Ford. More

Tom Roudebush talked to us like old friends. We told him what we were interested in and he never tried to show us anything else at all. We had been pre-approved through our credit union prior to coming in. Tom said he was sure they could get us a better rate. We doubted that would be true. Mark Windler got us almost 2% less on our interest rate. Again, another pleasant surprise! From the moment we walked onto the lot and left with a brand new car three hours later, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I would recommend Inskeep to everyone.
