It is easy to write a review when everything goes right but I am happy to write a positive review regarding an experience that went wrong! The details are not important but I took my truck to Inskeep's se but I am happy to write a positive review regarding an experience that went wrong! The details are not important but I took my truck to Inskeep's service department and unfortunately a mistake was made while repairing my F350. While traveling out of state there was a breakdown that was caused by their mistake. It cost me $1200 in roadside repairs. I explained to the service manager what happen, provided pictures and a receipt from the shop that did the out of state repairs. The team at Inskeep did not hesitate to make things right. They reimbursed me for the repairs and handled the situation with outstanding professionalism. More
