I am so happy and impressed with the service I received from these guys! I didn’t catch all of the guys who worked today, but one them was on his day off. I had looked at the dealer several times and did not find the vehicle I wanted. I was told I could build my own vehicle and order it. This is what I did and it came in on 4/15/2022. Great selection of vehicles on site, which is hard to do these days. I was quickly greeted by AJ, who answered the questions that I had while I was "just looking". Later in the day, I returned with my hus these days. I was quickly greeted by AJ, who answered the questions that I had while I was "just looking". Later in the day, I returned with my husband to really begin the process of purchasing a Ford Edge. AJ answered every question that my husband and I ask in a detailed, professional manner. We did not feel that he pressured us to purchase something that we weren't interested in, which is rare in dealing with salesmen in general. This is a huge compliment to AJ, nice job! AJ helped gather the loan information and then we were off to meet with Ali who was just as great. She took the time to explain the financing options available to us, walked us through all of the necessary paperwork and had us on our way with our new car. We had been to a different dealership earlier in the afternoon, where the salesman was not really interested in helping us look for a car, he was more interested in telling us what we could not get and all of the reasons why --shipping delays, material delays etc. so we left. I am very happy that we purchased our new car from AJ and the team at Inskeep Ford. More
