It's hard to imagine how my experience at Inskeep could have been any better. Tim Lee is a fantastic, no pressure salesman that had my best interests in mind the entire way through. I asked for an extended test drive to ensure that my first new car purchase was the right one, and the entire team at Inskeep made that happen and was more than accomodating throughout. There were unforseen complexities that they handled with grace. Going into financing I assumed the good experience would end there, but Ali was tremendous to work with. No pressure, flexible and accomodating there as well. This whole experience was a sharp contrast to a dealer in the heart of Indianapolis where I purchased a vehicle in 2019. In that experience the test drive was short, the conversations shorter, and the pressure during financing for options that didn't add value was uncomfortable. I was glad my wife didn't go with me. She wouldn't have been able to handle the stress. Inskeep however, she would have felt just as comfortable as I have. I'll be bringing my business to Inskeep again in the future. More

We took our new Ford Flex, lovingly named Cherry by our 3 year old, on our first family road trip of 2021.
