Our family has been long time clients of Inskeep. We have leased 2 vehicles, purchased 1 used car for our daughter, 3 or 4 new cars and now a Pre-Owned Certified car. My husband was given an Escape to drive leased 2 vehicles, purchased 1 used car for our daughter, 3 or 4 new cars and now a Pre-Owned Certified car. My husband was given an Escape to drive when his truck was being fixed for hail damage and decided that he would purchase an Escape. Now we are handing that Escape down to our daughter and have purchased a Pre-Owned Escape. Alan was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Frank contacted me before I even made my first trip into the showroom as I had a vehicle in the Service Department that needed more work than was worth doing. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle on my own instead of coming along and giving me some lengthy sales pitch. He worked well for me to get the car I wanted to the price I needed it to be.
