I really wasn't in the market for a new car, but both my parents had purchased cars from Inskeep the past month. It got me to thinking about it and, seeing about geting a new car, with lower intrest, warra parents had purchased cars from Inskeep the past month. A couple of days later, I called and ended up speaking with Connie. WOW what a difference between sales people. Connie took the time to work details out with me, instead of trying to put me in the most expensive car and then not "caring" about selling me a car when I didn't accept the deal. I feel like she gave me the personal attention that I needed,provided me with copies of things, so that I could take them home, look them over, and make a knowledgeable decision with my husband. I never felt pressured by her. She even answered a few "dumb" questions. We decided to purchase the 2012 Focus. When I picked the car up, Connie helped me set up the Sync, and when over the controls in the car, including setting the clock and my favorite radio station. Mark was awesome as well. He worked really hard to get me what I wanted, and ran numbers, etc mutliple times. I am sure that I drove him crazy with all my questions but he never showed it. He was very patient with us and explained all of the paperwork before we signed it. he gave us time to read it and didn't just hand it to us and expect us to sign without going over it. Both Connie and Mark made a not so good (intitial) experience into a wonderful one. Both of ther customer service is exceptional and I will recommend them and Inskeep to anyone that is in the market to buy a new/used car. More

I just had my 2011 Ford Fusion in the shop after banging into a pole and doing more damage than I thought possible for going 3 mph...Dennis gave me an estimate within 5 mins of arriving at the dealership, s into a pole and doing more damage than I thought possible for going 3 mph...Dennis gave me an estimate within 5 mins of arriving at the dealership, sent the pictures into my insurance right away and got me into a nice, Mercury Milan while my car was being fixed. The paint job was impecable! Before I turned my car in they boasted saying they had the best painters around and I believe it! There was no evidence that there had ever even been damage. Overall, they did great work and in a timely manner and were very pleasant to work with. More

I knew that I was going to be needing a new car, as mine had 235,000 miles on it and was starting to falter. I stopped in at Inskeep a week or so before the 'fatal day' that my car stopped forever and Fran had 235,000 miles on it and was starting to falter. I stopped in at Inskeep a week or so before the 'fatal day' that my car stopped forever and Frank Lassen was on it. He came out to me and we chatted about what I was looking for. I was looking at possibly a brand new Edge, yet we discussed the Fusions as well. He showed me a used Fusion with low mileage, that was beautifully kept up. I left after giving him a hard time. The day my car broke down, I was actually going next door to the 'other' dealership but told my dad to take me in to test drive an Edge. I never test drove that Edge because of the cost, I test drove the used Fusion and never looked back. I want to thank Frank for allowing me to give him an even harder time the day of the sale and for showing me the Fusion. I love her! My dad has purchased trucks at Inskeep for years and I believe I will be a return customer as well. More

Jeremy has been our sales person for quite some time and now works in service. While in the service dept., I mentioned the possible trade in of my vehicle and he hooked me up with Frank. My Fiancee and I came in and traded our car. Everybody on the staff was very helpful and understanding! Connie was fantastic. Even hugged her when I left with my new car! The one constant in shopping for a car for us is that if we have a salesman that is very persistent, we make sure we don't ask for him again. Alan and Mark Craft worked with us on our trade and we did make some swaps on equipment for our new Escape. Even the service personnel were very good to work with, as we had backup sensors added. We would highly recommend Alan at Inskeep if you want a no pressure, knowlegdeable salesman. More

I went in for an oil change and decided to walk around the lot to just look. Alan King came out right away to greet me. I wasn't in the market to buy, but Alan turned me into a buyer. The morning that I was going to go out to Inskeep to work out a deal, I had a few errands to run first. While running errands, my tire blew on my vehicle that I was getting ready to trade in. I called Pat and he was there in 10 minutes and changed the tire at no cost. I was very grateful!!! After repairing the tire, I came back to Inskeep to work out a deal. Pat and Alan gave me a better deal than I could have ever imagined! I couldn't be happier! I will forever remain a loyal customer to Inskeep Ford. I have told many friends and family members of the excellent service I was given. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Inskeep. My husband also purchases from Inskeep. I have always received excellent service from the Service Department, and the salesman have always been very pleasant to deal with. Alan King and Patrick Dunn went above and beyond with my sale.
