When I called Jeremy Pike, who has sold and leased me several Ford vehicles, he put me in touch with Frank Lassen. Frank was fun to work with while I was making a decision on what vehicle I wanted to pu several Ford vehicles, he put me in touch with Frank Lassen. Alan was very professional in dealing with my husband, son, and myself. He was extremely helpful with information on the vehicle we were looking at and even let our son test drive it. When we couldn't reach a deal on the day we were in to buy, he worked extra hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and called us the next day. When I had to do a manditory tune up due a recall for some problem on my 2001 Ford Escape, I took it to this dealership to work on it. All the employees were friendly and got right to work.
