Capitol City Ford Greenfield

My car died in the Greenfield Aldi parking lot yesterday after work. It was raining and I was frustrated. I didn't have the number for Roadside Assistance so I called Inskeep and the nice girl asked me wh after work. It was raining and I was frustrated. I didn't have the number for Roadside Assistance so I called Inskeep and the nice girl asked me who my salesman was and I told her it was Frank. She transferred me to him and as soon as I told him who I was he said, "How are you?" I told him that I was upset because my car was dead in the Aldi parking lot. He said, "I am on my way." All I wanted was the number for Roadside Assistance, I didn't expect him to rush over. He came over, gave my car a jump, told me to follow him to the dealership, called them on the way back, and when we got there he told me to pull into the service department. They checked it and installed a new battery. All of this took 1/2 an hour and then I was on my way. Frank and the service guys were MUCH faster than Roadside Assistance and for this, I am greatly appreciative. This was customer service like no other. I told him that I would spread the word on Facebook to over 1,000 people and that is exactly what I did. THANK YOU FRANK for your customer service that went above and beyond what I would ever expect. My first visit to Inskeep Ford was great! The sales staff was prompt to see that i was taken care off and that my vehicle buying experience was simple as possible. That is why i chose to return to Inskeep because i new i would get the most bang for buck without all the run aroun. My father in-law is a long time Inskeep buyer who just recently purchased a vehicle from a lady named Connie Adney so that is who he refered me to. Her caringness about wat i wanted and the price that i was looking for came first before any of the paper work was brought out so that showed me that the pressure to buy wasnt even a factor. Once she showed me the numbers that we would be working with her and her sales staff had everything in the ballpark of what i was looking for and from there they handled everything as prompt as could be. Once the papers were signed and the vehicle was mine Connie and Patrick Dunn sat down with me to make sure that all the features on the car were well explained and that i understood them.(That was the best feature of all right there, making sure i understood them). From that point Connie went above and beyond to see that i was taken care off by helping me unload everything from my truck that i traded in to my new car that i now own, and boy did i have alot a stuff. That is why i rated everything as i did and in six years or sooner when this vehicle is paid off, Inskeep Ford will be seeing me again. More

Frank was very helpful but not pushy. He let us take our time deciding on the vehicle we wanted to buy. Traveled from 3 1/2 hours away which required me do a lot of the pre-work ahead of time. I didn't want to waste my time nor the dealerships playing typical car sales tactics especially if I had to drive that of the pre-work ahead of time. I needed to be a a certain price/ payment.... the dealership confirmed they could get there even before I made the trip... this was on a Tuesday... I couldn't get there until Saturday.. Connie said if I was serious she would pull it off the lot and hold it for me... That sealed it.. I made the trip. The deal went as planned.. no games, honest upfront people.. what a pleasant experience... The Owner even made a point to thank me for coming in and making the long trip. More
