Connie was awesome. I went in to buy a specific car (Ford Fusion). I left with a car that I did not even know existed (C-MAX). She took her time with us and helped us make the right purchase. If you asked me this morning, no way in the world would I say I would purchase a C-MAX Hybrid car today. Connie was very patient with us allowing us to drive 3 different cars. WE LOVE THE CAR! After we narrowed down our decision, Connie and team were kind of enough to run numbers on multiple cars allowing us to look at multiple options to make the purchase. They were quick with just the right detail. While waiting, Connie even went the extra mile contacting our insurance agent to help us add the car to our insurance. She practically took care of the whole thing! Know one has ever done that for me before. Saved me a future call. When we arrived back to the dealership to pickup the car, Mark promptly welcomed us. All the paperwork and loan details are always the most painful part of purchashing anything. Mark was very friendly getting us in an out in no time. During the closing, Mark received a phone call. He quickly denied it telling them he was with a customer. It is a little thing but I appreciated it. On a side note.... I visited several websites looking at many cars. Inskeeps website seemed to be the most user friendly. That was one of the number one factors in getting me to the dealership. It was an over all top to bottom great experience. More

We had a great experience with Alan King!!!! My husband went and was looking for a car for me without me knowing it and he found me the perfect car!! We parked right by it (me not paying any attention to it) and went and ate! We came out and he said "look someone got a new car" me seeing the paper plate said "yeah thats nice" and was going to get in the truck and he said "it's yours!!" and I said "watever it is not" him being the joker he is and he went and opened the door and got in it and I was so so suprised!!!
