After trying 4 different Jeeps over several days, I found the one for me. The entire staff dealt with me going back every day, and always made me feel at home. Excellent service! I went to this dealership to test drive a car I really liked, but I didn't think my credit would allow me to get financed. They worked their magic and I went to this dealership to test drive a car I really liked, but I didn't think my credit would allow me to get financed. It took a few hours, especially due to the time of day I went when not many banks are open, but they checked on me every few minutes and gave me updates so I knew what was going on, and offered me coffee and water. I received a letter from Capitol saying if I wanted to do an early trade-in that they could offer incentives and put me in a new Jeep for roughly the same monthly payment. I went in on a Thursday and drove my new 2018 Wrangler off the lot the following Tuesday. I was very satisfied with their service and felt valued as a returning customer.
