I have been buying n In September 2017 I purchased a 2008 Sebring hard top convertible from Capitol Garage in Willimantic CT, this was a smoking deal! I have been buying new and used cars for some 40 years. I’m going to say this buying experience was different from the past, all were accommodating, professional and courteous. Taking delivery was a joy! The beginning of January 2018 I found an issue with the vehicle. I contacted Chris Bombara the general manager, to which he advised me to bring it in so they could look at it. I will say from my past experience with dealerships, as I sat waiting, I was mentally preparing & fully expected them to say, sorry & tuff luck! I handed my keys over to the service director Tony Paoletta who came back a short time later, to announce they were going to take care of the problem, with an apology. The stellar service continued as I worked with Steve in the service department to make the appointment for the vehicle to be brought in. Capitol sent “their guy” Keith Herzig to my home to pick up & delivered a clean vehicle upon return. Needless to say, I now feel an allegiance to Capitol Garage! They’ve got my business and I intend to spread the word to my family and friends. GREAT JOB EVERYONE! More
Bad service / wasted 4 days and hundreds dollars I brought my car in for an oil change and to fix three things: lights on the shifter periodically work, no heat coming through the vents, and a slow l I brought my car in for an oil change and to fix three things: lights on the shifter periodically work, no heat coming through the vents, and a slow leak in the passenger front tire. They could have told me all three needed to be replaced and i would have paid it just so it's fixed I called them (because they'll never call you) and joel (the service guy) said they are only going to fix the heater core and that my other problems don't exist. I wanted these things fixed and would have paid to replace 2 or 4 tired if needed and replaced the center console lights if needed. However they kept telling me there is no problem and they won't fix it. They day i picked it up i had them quote me on some tires. However after paying for a rental for 4 days, i think i'd rather go somewhere thats a little quicker. I will pritty much go anywhere that can give me solutions to my car problems and not just tell me there is no problem. When I picked up my car there were these red mechanic rags in my car. There was about 2 dozen of them. My car was parked tightly in the far back (like a 40 point turn was needed to get out). I brought the rags to the front counter and they all looked at me like i was crazy. I asked joel if someone could reset my oil change light (for some reason they don't do that during the oil change). He sat in my car for 5 minutes then said its all done. It wasn't. The light was still on but i was done with them at this point. Don't waste your time here, its not worth it. More

NO PRESSURE! Went in and explained that we didn't have a good experience at another car dealership in Ellington. And that we do not like to feel pressure. Wasn't 100% sure about a 4 door 2017 Jeep Wrangler, had my mind on a two door. But, I still wanted to test drive it just to see if its something I might like. In the meantime the sales manager was going to look for a two door that I would be interested in. But taken the four door jeep for a long test ride, I feel in love. Christina made us feel super welcome and answered all our questions and now she will be our future sales WOMEN! She is Funny and just gets it. Didn't make us feel like she's waiting on a good sale. She made it seem like we have been friends for a long time. So cheers to Christina in becoming our future Sales Women! Thank you so much for being great! Even Patrick you were pretty amazing too More

We brought the truck in last Weds. 9/6/17 to find the problem & you tech couldn't find anything wrong so they had to call Chrysler and we were promised a call back the next day or Friday morning. Called 3 times on Friday and left messages. As of today, 9/13 NEVER received a call back. I will be spreading the word and now taking truck to another dealership. More
