Emily was gracious, courteous, aware of both sides of the coin (buyer and seller;) therefore, resourceful. Also, Emily's coworkers and management were available so that all questions found answer, efficiently--at Capitol I saw teamwork at best. Sometime later, I drove off on new my Gladiator with the certanty I had just had a solid, buying experience. Thank you. I'm happy with the Jeep. More

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan rouge , and I’m so pleased . The fastest car service I’ve ever had I thought the process was going to be long and disappointing, but I was wrong those gentlemen helped pleased . I bought a 2015 Jeep grand cherokee from Capital garage and they told me I had a 2 month warranty. I bought the Jeep and had it checked out at another garage and they found that the timing chain cover was and they told me I had a 2 month warranty. I bought the Jeep and had it checked out at another garage and they found that the timing chain cover was leaking oil and a bad motor mount. I called them back and told them about the problems and they said I have no warranty. That have to purchase the warranty. At time of sale they said if I want 4 year warranty it would cost extra. But still said I had a 2 month warranty So I pay $21,600 No Warranty when I sign the paper for the car they show me a paper they tell me this is your two month warranty I sign it And he Take all the paperwork They put it Inside envelope so when I check the car and I find a problem in the car and I call and they say you don’t have warranty when I check the envelope he give it to me the paper for warranty is not Inside the envelope This is my second bad experience with the dealers what should I do I don’t know More
