Happy with my Treasure of a Find I was not necessarily intending on buying a vehicle, but after a long day of car shopping, I found the car I now can cal my own. I found a Ford Escape on a car lot that is not known to have Fords, but I am glad this treasure was there. Although my first salesman was nice, he seemed to be rushing from one vehicle to another. i could barely keep up. I asked him to slow down, but that didn't help the situation much. He also was very pushy in trying to sell me a different vehicle. He didn't seem completely interested in the vehicle I was showing interest in. After my visit from the Salem lot, I came back to my local dealership, and a salesman that I have known my entire life. He was very helpful, and assured me that he would do whatever he could to make the process of purchasing the car I wanted as easy as possible. I left that day with my Escape. I love it. I am so thankful for the service I received from my local dealership. More

Forester's 60,000 mile tune-up Jason really knows the business of auto repair and beside that, he is great at customer service. Something you would expect at Capitol. The real "treat" was speaking with John in the sales department. If I had been in the market for a new Forester, he provided enough information to me to make the switch. He was fun and full of useful information. My only complaint was the price for the 60,000 mile service. $270 more than another dealership that a friend of mine went to less than a month ago for the 60,000 mile service on his Forester. (I can provide details.) I may need to consider a different choice next time. More
