"Service" I took my Spark in to have my hood latch recall replaced. Andrae Jiles was my service tech and if customer service and personality were fruits, then Mr. Jiles is a peach, melons and mango all at the height of harvest season. It was almost unbelievable that a young man in his age group could have such a vibrant, caring and charismatic persona. Thanks Mr. Andrae Jiles! However, the entire staff at Capitol Chevrolet have the most amazing customer service personalities and attitudes than any agency or corporation with whom I have ever done business, and during my daily schedule, I must interact with many business entities and personalities. I don't know who administers training to this staff or what their major mission is, but Capitol Chevrolet, hands down, has the BEST staff in the USA for customer service behavior! Kudos!! This dealership is certainly deserving of an award. I'm glad that I have had the opportunity to be on the receiving end of their customer services.
