I brought my used Tahoe in to the service department. the guy who usually I had a wonderful experience with an associate in the service department. I brought my used Tahoe in to the service department. the guy who usually handles used car services was busy and I was directed to Andra Jiles. He greeted me with a smile. He was very courteous , professional, listened attentively and seemed eager to help resolve the issue I was having with my truck. He also made a follow up call later that day to give me an update and assured me that he was doing everything in his power to resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. His pleasant tone and reassuring voice made me feel like he was genuinely concerned and that I could TRUST him to work diligently to rectify my issue. The next day when I came to get my car, I was greeted with that same wonderful smile and pleasant attitude. It makes a difference when employee seem to love what they are doing and don't mind going the extra mile. He helped me retrieve my bags for my rental, started my truck and had it nice and cool. His customer service skills are to be commended. More

Great dealership and friendly staff Stopped in initially just to view the used inventory, was greeted by Matt and test drove a 2012 Mustang GT. Went over the figures and decided to think about it over the weekend, ended up deciding to keep looking. Told Matt I was leaning towards a truck, had to be 4x4 and have the offroad package. A couple weeks later I got a call to come check out a truck they had gotten in, before coming in I looked at the website to see the vehicle he had described over the phone. Saw that they had two 2009 Silverado Z71 4x4's and headed right over. The first truck he showed me had to many miles for my taste but I asked him about the second truck and after a bit of searching he found it. He even let me take the truck back to work with me. After work I drove back up there and knew I had to have it. After a little negotiating and some paperwork I drove the truck home that night, Matt even filled up the tank for me! He didn't seem to mind that the deal took a little longer then expected and we didn't finish till an hour and a half after closing time on a Friday night. I can't speak for all the salespeople at capitol but Matt was great. I highly recommend working with him if you can. He got me a more then fair deal on my trade in and the price on the truck was great. I will do business with him again if the opportunity presents itself but I don't know if I will ever be able to get rid of this truck! More
