Light at the end of a dark tunnel My husband and I were on our way to the Gulf of Alabama, when our brakes went out. It was a Saturday and we were forced to call a mobile unit, who tur My husband and I were on our way to the Gulf of Alabama, when our brakes went out. It was a Saturday and we were forced to call a mobile unit, who turned out to be less than trustworthy. We were able to have our truck towed to Capitol Chevrolet after losing faith in the mobile unit, where we were handed over to Andrae Jiles. We had to leave our vehicle with Capitol and return home which was approx. 1000 miles away. Andrae took very good care of us, by keeping us up to date with the status of our truck. When we finally were able to return to pick up our truck, we were warmly welcomed by Andrae and were extremely delighted to hear that the cost of the repairs didn't reach the amount we were quoted. My husband and I are greatly appreciative of the Capitol Chevrolet family with special mention to Mr. Jiles and "Rabbit", who worked on our truck and personally made sure it was safe for us to drive. Thank you so much! We've decided that with the great prices that Capitol Chevrolet has, we will seriously consider the trip back to buy! Hopefully though, we don't get jumped by the salespeople like we did when we arrived. That was kinda ridiculous, we no more than put the car in park and they were heading our way. We DID NOT like that at all! More
