He made sure that we were happy with our selection and was friendly and thorough with every part of the process. He introduced us to several other employees/managers and they all made us feel very welcomed. Our finance "guy" Shaun also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the deal. He explained every part of the process including optional warranty information and helped us to make an informed choice. I also met the service manager who was extremely friendly and made sure that I knew that any service work completed would be hassle-free.
