BW- Outstanding! Well I start off by saying I had some bad experinces with this dealership in the pass and told myself that I would not go back there. Well about a week ago I was driving by and saw this awesome looking burnt orange Chevy truck so I stopped. Wow low and behold the dealership had a new owner and several new salespeople. I was greeted with a smile by Mr. Burney and he assured me that his main goal was my happiness and continued support as a customer. I was so happy and pleased to finally meet someone that took more pride in pleasing their customers and putting them first before anything else. He made me forget about my bad experience with the old management. After speaking with him, he allowed me to drive the truck over the weekend and I came back on June 1st and purchased it. I love it!! I also was introduced to Mr. Geddings and he finished all my paperwork up for my truck, and let me tell you, this guy is fast, smart and courteous. Matt Geddings made me feel right at home and didn't try and force anything on me. He took his time with me and made sure I understood everything about my purchase before signing. Shawn my finance person was great as well and clearly explained all my options, and the best route to take. So if you are looking to buy a new vehicle or used one, I recommend Capitol Chevrolet of Montgomery.
