His straightforwardness and honesty shown were key factors as to whether we did business with Capitol Chevrolet or another business in the area. Shawn, Finance Manager, was great as well. His personality was warm and accommodating. He was quick and smart but at the same time explained all of our options so we could decide what was best for us.
