He was completely responsive to our needs, attentive, respectful, and helpe We were helped by a gentleman named Phil to find and purchase a used car. He was completely responsive to our needs, attentive, respectful, and helped us find the perfect vehicle. He took care of us from cradle to grave, which would up taking two days because the car was new to the lot and was getting its final touches in the service department. He kept us abreast of the situation with phone calls, explained all the paperwork, gave us popcorn and drinks, and even toured us around the service facility. The price was great to boot! Definitely recommend Capitol Chevrolet and, more specifically, Phil. More
