In January 2016 she a small rubber piece came off and had it tow in for service. It had only 8,000 miles on it and I was told it was not under warranty but it was part of the bumper. I complained about it an the service department gave me a number to call and did. I never got a call back ,I never got answer, I now do not ever get anyone to speak to me about way I was charged for this repair. I know you are not calling me back , because the main GM office said it should be covered and I should get a refund! More

Easy Fix 1 of my children managed to get the front/passenger seatbelt wrapped around the headrest. It locked and we were unable to get it off. The headrest c 1 of my children managed to get the front/passenger seatbelt wrapped around the headrest. It locked and we were unable to get it off. The headrest could not be removed in order to just slide it off. I called and spoke with someone in the service department and was told to bring it in and he would see if he could fix it for me, without a charge. After about 10 minutes, he was unable to get the seatbelt off and said it would be at least $100 to get it fixed; the side panel would have to be removed. He went to get someone from the shop to come take a quick look at it. In the meantime, Danny and Chris asked what the problem was and I told them. They got a small tool (looked like a paper clip, honestly) and went out to my truck. In less than 1 minutes they had removed the headrest, got the seatbelt off, and saved me at least $100! I was a very satisfied momma!! More
