Scandal My a/c wasn't working. Took it in to be served. Christopher Kynard stated that after doing a diagnosis, my compressor was bad and needed to be replace My a/c wasn't working. Took my vehicle back in the Christopher Kynard wanted to swindle me out of another $1900 to service my a/c. I asked for the service manager Jody Elmore, very poor customer service and didn't help my situation. I explained to him that Christopher neglected to tell me the full diagnosis of my a/c issue and had me to pay $1682.46 for a service that didn't resolve a/c problem. I was swindle out of nearly $1700 and my a/c still isn't working!!! I went on to share my complaint to Vickie Comer at the Corporate office. She only recommend that I get the additional service done and she would try to get them to work with me. CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS HAS BEEN OF GREAT HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS TO ME, AFTER PURCHASING 4 VEHICLES FROM CAPITOL CHEVROLET AND RECEIVED SUCH POOR SERVICE. More

Thoroughly dissatisfied! I test drove my 2015 pre-owned Suburban and decided to purchase it. When I returned the truck back to the dealership to finalize the deal, "Chuck" Ar I test drove my 2015 pre-owned Suburban and decided to purchase it. When I returned the truck back to the dealership to finalize the deal, "Chuck" Arrington gave me the impression that he was taking the truck around back to get it cleaned up and detailed before I took it home. Not only was the truck NOT detailed, but the tires were switched out. I didn't realize until after a few days had passed, that the tires were old tires!! They were off balance. And The truck shakes when you get it up to 70 miles an hour. I tried to call the General Manager, Tony Xenakis about the matter. He promised to call us the next day and take care of the situation, but never did so. Still, over a month later, Mr. Xenakis will not return my calls. I am thoroughly displeased about the whole situation. My next step is to go to local news media if left unresolved. More
