So I pointed at one SUV and he says if you want to stay in that payment range then we need to move back down this way... So he shows me the same SUV just a lower price and he says well let me see what we can do... He got my information and went to the back came back with good news... I was nervous at first but the news was actually great news he explained detail by detail what everything ment and what my options were and if I had any questions he answered everyone of them with no hesitation.. The salesperson I dealt with, Clai Smith, was highly recommended by a relative, and I can definitely see why now. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the purchase I was considering. I had my 6 year old daughter with me that day, and he made us both feel at home despite being there for several hours. The sales manager, Roosevelt Watkins, introduced himself not long after my arrival, and was very courteous and helpful in making my trade possible. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with everything and that I felt comfortable with the sale. My experience with the finance office has always been the most stressful because of all the numbers and the "sign here, sign here", but Missy Hubbard made it quite comfortable and seamless. I will certainly be going to Capitol Chevrolet for any future vehicle purchases, and I will be referring my friends as well! More
